The secrets to different chicken techniques, including how to roast a bird to perfection, will be revealed! The workshop will also cover broth-making basics, so no bits go to waste. The experience will culminate in the preparation of a chicken-centered meal to be shared at the end of class, all ingredients provided.

Felt Mansion Self-Guided Tours: 1-4 p.m. at The Felt Estate, 6597 138th Ave, Holland. Explore the restored 1904 Gibson Church, the 1917 Carriage House, as well as the 1928 mansion and grounds.
